Parkside Dolly Ridge Retail Center

MBA was the Civil Engineer for the Parkside on Dolly Ridge Project in Vestavia Hills, AL, a 14,935 SF mixed-use commercial building with restaurant, office, and retail uses. The project included grading the site to have two ground levels for the 2-story center, parking, a dumpster enclosure, retaining walls, two underground detention systems, a new utilities, and a BWWB water main extension.
