MBA was the Civil Engineer for this 4-story addition and 7-story renovation project in North Downtown Birmingham. Project components include a 3-story off-site parking deck, an off-site parking lot, completed new parking areas, drive-throughs, circulation and service areas.

The project was designed to allow the existing bustling headquarters and branches to remain open during the construction process, and transition drive-throughs to the new branch side before renovations and fill-in of the existing drive-through. Also included with it, a city street improvement project to shrink the street paving and add parking and landscaping.
