MBA Engineers was the geotechnical and materials testing engineer on the Avanti Polar Lipids expansion that included the following buildings;
- New Administration Building
- New Research and Development Building
- Warehouse Expansion
- Access Road Improvements
- Building 700 Floodwall
- Production and Storage Expansion
Based on the presence of sinkholes in the area and the presence of expensive research equipment, floor slabs required heavy reinforcements.
