Embassy Suites Gulf Shores

This project consisted of an 8-story, 3-level parking deck. The hotel & parking deck were constructed on augercast piles & pile caps. The second floor of the hotel was constructed with a concrete beam & slab floor system over the retail & hotel space below. The main hotel floors & roof were constructed with a 2-way post tensioned concrete slab. The parking deck structure was constructed with post tensioned concrete girders and beams, with a post tensioned slab. The top level of the parking deck was capped with a steel framed ballroom and amenity area.
