9 story hotel constructed with long span dovetail composite floor deck barring on cold formed metal stud walls. Hotel tower was supported on a 2 story podium constructed with steel beams and long span composite floor deck. Lateral force resisting system with CMU elevator and stair shaft shear walls. The Roof bar was framed with steel beams and columns. Foundation system was column spread footings on rammed aggregate piers. Hotel tower was approximately 180,000 SF. The one story ballroom area was constructed with steel framing, steel roof joists, and metal roof deck. The ballroom was approximately 20,000 SF.
